This is the second phase of our existing multifamily community, adding 42 two and three-bedroom townhomes to the property’s unit mix. These luxury townhomes each have their own attached garage with an entrance as well as a separate front door entrance, inviting friends and neighbors in with a warm welcome.
The farmhouse style matches the existing buildings, with a bright white finish and plenty of large windows to let the light in. The interiors stick with the modern expectations of a high-end coastal property, with top tier appliances, countertops and finishes.
While existing blueprints are nice and easy to follow, it leaves little room for error or variation. However, these homes are not your typical rentals. With larger footprints, private garages and a higher price point, the details are on point and the level of luxury is a step up. We also had the confines of a narrow site and an adjacent road to design around, giving us plenty to explore and solve for.
