There were no big hurdles on this site plan or design and the owners of Hawthorne are great partners of ours, with clear, detail-oriented specifications. As one of the only multifamily properties in the area, we worked closely with all parties, including local officials, to follow guidelines and requirements while adhering to Hawthorne’s high standards.
