Located in the city of Dacula in Gwinnett County, GA, Harbins Road adds multi-family with mid-market pricing and high-end appeal to this burgeoning Atlanta suburb.
The site includes seven garden style residential buildings with breezeways in a contemporary style that will complement trendy amenities, including a pickle ball court, dog park, open green spaces for picnics, and trellises around the resort style pool. There will also be a nice open space in between the clubhouse and leasing office that opens up to an outdoor fireplace alongside the pool.
The state-of-the-art residences have a wide mix of configurations and details for residents to choose from—some have mud benches, others have office spaces or dens—but they all have large kitchens with islands and lots of natural light pouring in. The property is also very walkable and close to a Publix grocery store, adding convenience to its long list of checked boxes.
In order to achieve the modern style the Owners wanted and still land within their budget, we had to design the roof so that it looks flat from the street, using a hybrid mix of parapet and a slope roof. We also had to get creative with the interior features, adding a sense of luxury and taste to a place that could easily fall within the cookie-cutter realm.
