The multifamily component of this mixed-use property consists of 200 residences in a five-story building with 21,800 square feet of retail. 40 of the units are reserved for affordable housing, with reduced rental rates for those who qualify. A mix of one, two and three-bedrooms means that singles and families of all sizes get the perks of modern living in the core of the city.
Whether residents want to walk the BeltLine from their front door, visit local attractions or simply stay at home, there are so many on-site and community amenities to take advantage of. A portion of the site was designated as a pocket park, and there is a large playground on the top level of the parking deck as well as a pavilion with picnic tables. Indoor amenities are also well appointed with a fitness center, media center and community room.
Like its senior living sister property, Englewood multifamily is part of a much larger initiative to bring more quality affordable housing to the city center.
